Так как пряжа состоит из двух нитей - черной плюшевой и тонкой цветной, надо учесть натяжение при вязании. Пряжа очень красивая. Думаю, что свяжу еще такого дракончика, но с другим дополнительным цветом.
Description
Himalaya Dolphin Festival – Extra Plush Chenille
Himalaya Dolphin Festival is the thicker, more luxurious sibling of the classic Dolphin Baby. Its blend of 85% micro-polyester and 15% polyamide gives the chenille pile extra body and resilience, so the fabric keeps its shape and stays velvety wash after wash. At 100 g / 100 m it is a true super bulky yarn – projects grow fast and the finished surface is dense, smooth and beautifully soft to the touch.
💡 Pro Tip & Alternatives: Singe the yarn tip lightly with a lighter before joining to stop the ends from shedding.
Looking for a thinner version? Try Himalaya Dolphin Baby (100 g / 120 m) or Himalaya Velvet for a similar hand-feel.
🧶 Project Estimates:
- Baby Blanket (approx. 30" x 30"): 6–7 balls.
- Large Plush Toy: 2–3 balls.
- Chunky Scarf: 2–3 balls.
Why choose Dolphin Festival?
- Extra Density: The polyamide content makes the pile springier than standard chenille, so stitches stay full and even.
- Gentle on Skin: Micro-polyester is hypoallergenic and warm without the itch of wool – safe for babies and sensitive skin.
- Fast Results: A super bulky weight that works up quickly on 8 mm needles or hook – perfect for last-minute gifts.

Kõik super. Ainus, mis ei meeldinud, oli et kui paber ümbert võtta, siis osa lõnga oli sinna nagu kinni liimitud ja sellest kohast on lõng rikutud või katki
