Wool Blend Yarn

Wool Blend Yarn covers yarns spun from wool together with acrylic or polyamide, for cozy sweaters, hats and socks. Choose by the second fiber: YarnArt Forza Solid and DROPS Fiesta are both 75% wool and 25% polyamide, made for socks. Check the ball band before machine washing these yarns.

Wool with acrylic, such as Alize Lanagold Classic or Alize Superlana Klasik, suits everyday sweaters and hats. Alize Angora Gold has just 20% wool and is a fine, light strand for airy sweaters and cardigans.

Wash and dry your swatch before you measure it: wool and acrylic yarns often relax after the first wash, and the gauge can change with them.
